Operator and systems architect. I didn't come up through engineering — I came up through building businesses. More than a decade on every side of the table: freelance, founder, managing teams of up to 20 people, deep in product, sales, and operations. The same pattern everywhere: teams stuck on manual work when the technology already solved it.
I founded Nexau in 2022 with a simple thesis: AI only matters if it ships to production and stays running. That's why we don't deliver slides — we deliver operated systems with metrics, SLAs, and a single person on the hook. And it's why we take on one new client per month.
